Hello, my name is Kevin Sanders—entrepreneur, creator, and founder of Better Biz Network.com. My journey has been anything but ordinary, I have learned quite a few things along the way. (I am always learning), and I’m very passionate about helping other fellow entrepreneurs, affiliate marketers, and small business owners turn their challenges into success stories. Lord knows I have had my own share of struggles along the way
A little background on myself, I was born in Miami, Florida on Halloween 1969 and raised in the heart of the Florida Keys, I barely graduated Marathon High School in 1987. I almost enlisted in the Armed Services after High School but I decided that I wanted to become a rock star drummer, tour the world and live happily ever but I soon learned that that was easier said than done.
Without writing a book here, in a nutshell, I learned early on that life throws you some curveballs sometimes. Or throws a wrench in your plans.
So I learned how to adjust to the speed and movement of the curveball being thrown at me. We all love fastballs thrown straight down the middle but we all know, life doesn’t work that way, at least it doesn’t in my world. Instead of letting setbacks define me, I used every obstacle as fuel for growth.
From pursuing my passion and love for music—performing as a drummer in various bands and working with legendary entertainment companies like Bill Graham Presents and Tower Records on the Sunset Strip—to reinventing myself after personal and professional hardships, I’ve always believed that resilience is the key to progress..
My Viking ancestry reminds me that a spirit of adventure and determination runs deep. Navigating unknown waters with curiosity and wonder in what one might discover, anyone who knows me knows, I have faced some tough moments, like the end of Tower Records filing for bankruptcy in 2006 after being in business for over 45 years in the music retail business, times have sure changed because of internet technology.
Not knowing much about the internet at the time. I decided to look into this “internet” thing a little more. So I researched it more and found a way to make money on the internet by selling other people’s products and I would get a referral fee for sharing a product I liked or believed in if they bought the product I recommended by clicking on my referral link which is called Affiliate marketing.
Simply sharing your affiliate link with friends, family or colleagues and if they purchase the product you earn a commission that ranges from 2% all the way up to 100% of the purchase price. Usually, I only promote products that will give you at least 50% Commission Split or higher.
Each life experience has taught me invaluable lessons about perseverance and reinvention.
